Eco-cars® is presented in the form of a cylinder, each of its bases extended by a tubular appendage that allows the fuel to enter and exit. There are four marketing formats depending on the diameter of these appendages (6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 12 mm).

For every 5,000 cc of engine, one device is installed (up to 5,000 cc one device, from 5,000 cc to 10,000 cc two devices, and so on). Its duration is 3 years.

Eco-cars® is adaptable to all types of engines powered by diesel, gasoline, biodiesel and bioethanol (cars, trucks, buses, agricultural machinery, irrigation engines, generator sets, etc.).

Eco-cars® is installed in just a few minutes by inserting the device into the FUEL SUPPLY TUBE. The installation depends on the type of engine. If several devices are installed, they are inserted “in series”, one after the other.

Eco-cars® installation recommendations :

OPTION 1.- INSTALLATION IN THE FUEL FEED PIPE, BEFORE THE FILTER.

This is the most common installation. It can be carried out in any section of the supply pipe, before the fuel FILTER. If there is a PREFILTER, the installation is carried out between the PREFILTER and the fuel FILTER. If several devices are installed, they are inserted “in series”, one after the other.

The device label has an installation DIRECTION ARROW. In this case the arrow must point in the direction of the fuel TOWARDS THE FILTER.

OPTION 2.- INSTALLATION IN THE FUEL FEED PIPE, AFTER THE FILTER .

This is done on those engines where it is not possible to install the device BEFORE the fuel FILTER. It can be done on any section of the fuel supply pipe, between the FILTER and the ENGINE, but NEVER on the injection rail. If several devices are installed, they are inserted “in series”, one after the other.

The device label has an installation DIRECTION ARROW. In this case the arrow must point in the direction of fuel TOWARDS THE ENGINE.
